In this regard, reply/compliance report dated 18.08.2025 has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3-Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Sunam, District, Sangrur, which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
