(ORAL) CM-12346-C-2018 For the reasons recorded in the application, this Court is satisfied that the applicant-appellant has made sufficient cause for condonation of delay of 377 days in re-filing of the appeal. Application stands allowed and delay of 377 days in re-filing of the appeal is condoned.

CM-12347-C-2018 For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed. Deficiency of Court fee is made good.

RSA-4640-2018 [1] This appeal has been filed against judgment and decree dataeed 16.12.2016 passed the learned Addl. Judge, Patiala, dismissing the appeal of appellants and affirming the judgment and decree dated 19.03.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Divions), Rajpura.

RSA-4640-2018 (O&M) -2- [2] With the efforts of the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court, the matter stands compromised. Written compromise dated 17.05.2024 has been placed on record.

[3] The appeal is ordered to be disposed off in terms of compromise dated 17.05.2024. The decree be drawn. Compromise be made part of the decree.
