*** Learned counsel for the appellant states that he be permitted to withdraw the present appeal since he intends to approach the Electricity Regulatory Authority, Chandigarh on the administrative side for redressal of his grievances.

Under the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the observations that the appellant on approaching the Electricity Regulatory Authority, Chandigarh within a period of one month then his grievances be looked into and a decision be taken in accordance with law by adopting liberal approach with regard to the period of limitation.
