  The instant first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner(s) in FIR bearing No.15 dated 16.01.2024, registered under Section(s) 459/323/506/148/149 (Sections 302/325 added later on) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
