HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance of direction to learned trial Court at Amritsar (Punjab), to expedite the trial in case SC 234 of 2022, titled as "State of Punjab vs Satnam Singh", in FIR No.96 dated 10.10.2018, registered under Section 306/506 IPC at Police Station Raja Sansi, Amritsar, in compliance with the directions passed by this Court in CRM-M-521332018 vide order dated 07.03.2022. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, submits that nothing survives in the present petition as the trial in the FIR (supra) has already been concluded and except Varun Sachdeva, all other accused have been acquitted and the petition filed by Varun Sachdeva, is also listed with the present petition and there is an interim order in his favour.
