RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 to 4 vide order dated 09.01.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Amritsar, in case FIR No.141, dated 23.10.2012, under Sections 379, 458, 452, 447, 448, 511/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Gate Hakiman, Amritsar.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
