(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner seeks cancellation of bail on the grounds that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions of the bail order dated 19.07.2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kapurthala. Respondent's counsel prays on instructions that the bail may not be recalled and respondents/accused would be agreeable to any other stringent conditions which this Court may apart from the conditions already imposed upon them vide order dated 19.07.2022.

Considering of offences involved in the FIR and the fact that the respondents are willing to stringent conditions, this Court refrains from cancelling the bail, subject to the respondents/accused complying with the following additional condition: Within fifteen days from today, the petitioner shall forward to the Investigator/SHO and the complainant/victim(s) the complete details of bank account numbers with addresses, fixed deposits, DEMAT account numbers, the current market value of jewelry, sovereign metals, all precious articles, held either individually or jointly, and cash-in-hand. It is clarified that in case the order is not complied with and assets are not disclosed within stipulated time then on this ground alone, the bail shall be cancelled.
