NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.5 and 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, Jind to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 29.09.2023 (Annexure P-6) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
