NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) On the last date of hearing, this Court observed that the matter is being adjourned on one pretext or the other. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that RSA has been disposed of thereafter but he seeks more time to address the arguments.
Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not deem it proper to keep the contempt petition pending any more. The same is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged.
However, petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as available in law in case it has suffered any damage on account of violation of the status quo.
