Prayer in this petition (second) filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.286 dated 08.04.2023 under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) and 27-A of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar.

At the outset, a pointed query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to what was the material change in circumstances after the dismissal of his previous petition on 09.01.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to bring to the notice of this Court any material change in circumstances after the dismissal of the previous petition, which was dismissed by a detailed order.
