Mr. Kawaljyot Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. RAJIV SHARMA,J The only prayer made by the petitioner is for issuance of directions to the respondent-Bank to decide its representation dated 08.01.2019 (P.3) as per the latest guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India.

Consequently, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent-Bank to consider the representation (P.3) of the petitioner subject to his depositing a sum of Rs.1 lac with the respondent-Bank within a period of four weeks from today and decide the same within a period of six weeks from today.
