-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.275 dated 1.11.2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 506 and Section 379-A added later on at Police Station Civil Lines, District Gurugram.
The FIR in this case was registered on the basis of the statement of complainant Anand Kumar wherein he alleged that at the time of occurrence, petitioners accompanied by the three other persons attacked complainant, his brother Ramesh and one Yogesh and caused injuries to GAURAV SOROT 2023.02.17 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.
( 2 ) CRM-M-53208-2022 them with blunt weapons. There are also allegations that the said persons also snatched purse of the complainant.
On the last date of hearing, detailed order was passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the petitioners were granted interim bail with direction to join the investigation and to hand over demand draft of `50,000/- favoring victim Anand Kumar without prejudice to his right of defence.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioners have made payment of `50,000/- to the victim and also joined investigation with the police. State counsel on instructions from SI Yoginder Singh submits that indeed the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for any further or custodial interrogation by the police. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 17.11.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioners should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
