Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to refix the pension of the petitioners in the corresponding Scale of ` 37400-67000 plus ` 8700 Grade Pay as on 18.10.2021, alongwith consequential benefits. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the same will be decided by the third respondent, expeditiously. 4.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a representation AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.30 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.25098 of 2024 [2] before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the third respondent-Director General Technical Education Department, by passing a speaking order thereupon, within a period of three months of receiving the representation.
