AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release arrears of revised over time allowance admissible to all drivers and conductors recruited in 2008.

Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr. Ravi Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 06.06.2019 (Annexure P-5) in terms of judgment dated 31.01.2017 (Annexure P-3), within some specified time.

In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
