**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The present petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.96 dated 27.12.2018, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Mullanpur and to arrest respondents No.4 to 10 and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 10. Learned State counsel on the instructions from ASI Raj Kumar, submits that respondents No.4, 9 and 10 have been arrested and challan qua them has also been presented and that respondent Nos. 5 to 7 have been declared innocent.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
