Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.398 dated 19.07.2022, under Sections 385 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Sections 120-B and 388 IPC were added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar, Jind, District Jind.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
