By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of a complaint NACT No.163 of 2016 as well as summoning order dated 03.08.2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire payment already stands made to the respondent-complainant in pursuance to a settlement having been arrived at between the parties. To this learned counsel representing respondent admits the factum of payment having been made by the petitioner besides mentioning that the aforesaid complaint shall be withdrawn within a period of 15 days from today.

In view thereof, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. In case, the respondent does not withdraw the complaint, the petitioner shall be at liberty to get the present petition revived. 4.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
