**** RAJAN GUPTA, J. (Oral) Counsel for the appellant submits that the settlement has been arrived at between the parties. It has been decided to dissolve the marriage by way of mutual consent by invoking Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (in short 'the Act'). A petition shall be filed on mutually acceptable terms. Counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to file a fresh petition under Section 13-B of the Act before the competent court of law.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Needless to observe that parties shall be at liberty to seek waiver of the statutory period of six months in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court rendered in Amardeep Singh Vs. Harveen Kaur, 2017(4) R.C.R. (Civil) 608.
