(ORAL) By way of filing the present revision petition, the petitioner has laid challenge to the order dated 09.09.2019, vide which the learned Family Court, Rewari, had dismissed the application for grant of interim maintenance filed by the petitioner in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as, the main petition has been withdrawn by the petitioner being fully satisfied.
In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
