The present petition has been filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 92 dated 23.05.2023 under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib (Annexure P-1).
