The petitioner, through the instant petition is seeking setting aside of order dated 13.09.2019 whereby Principal Judge Family Court, Camp at Phul, Bathinda has allowed interim maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- per month to the respondent. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties and the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
