***** It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in the orders dated 11.01.2017 of this Court passed in the instant application, in paragraph No.3 date of the earlier order has been wrongly mentioned as '28.7.2017' instead of '28.07.2016'. The same being a pure inadvertently typographical error, stands rectified. The date be read as '28.07.2016'.
