After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the competent Court of law for the action taken on the DDR lodged by them qua the suicide committed by his younger brother. 2.

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid. 3.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioner, in case, he is found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
