**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.160 dated 28.07.2022, registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Kotwali Patiala, District Patiala.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the complainant that the earlier petition i.e. CRM-M-47484-2022 preferred by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail, was dismissed as withdrawn on 17.10.2022, with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within two weeks. He further submits that the petitioner till date has not surrendered before the Court below. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
