There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned State, however, contends that out of total 13 prosecution witnesses 09 have been examined in the present case. In view of the said developments that had taken place and the substantial progress of the trial, the present petition is disposed of at this stage, with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court. The trial Court is directed to take appropriate steps to expeditiously conclusion of the proceedings.
