NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner impugning the order dated 28.06.2022, whereby recovery of Rs.1,67,120/- has been ordered against the petitioner on the basis of audit report.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that the said recovery order has been withdrawn on 11.01.2023 and the amount of Rs.16,000/- already recovered from the petitioner, has been refunded to him and therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
