CRM-W-1193-2025 Prayer in this application is for placing on record representation to SP Yamunagar, Haryana and affidavits of petitioners in compliance to order passed by this Court as Annexures P-6 and P-7 respectively. Allowed as prayed for. Copy of representation and affidavits of petitioners are taken on record as Annexures P-6 and P-7, subject to all just exceptions.
CRM-W-1194-2025 Present application has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for amendment of the head note and prayer clause as detailed in the application.
Heard.
For reasons mentioned in the application which is supported by
an affidavit, present application is allowed. Let the head note and prayer clause of the petition be read as under:- 'Criminal Writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India 1950, for issuance of an appropriate writ especially in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents No.1 to 6 & 10 and 11, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.7 to 9 and further directing the respondent Nos.7 to 9, other relatives and friends to not to interfere in the life of the petitioners as both the petitioners are adult and are voluntarily living with each other in a live-in-relationship, in the interest of justice.'
Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the head note and prayer clause of the petition.
CRM-W-1195-2025 This application has been filed for impleading the Superintendent of Police, Yamunanagar as respondent No.10 and Station House Officer (SHO), Police Station Gandhi Nagar, as respondent No.11, in the main case.
Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the Superintendent of Police, Yamunanagar and Station House Officer (SHO), Police Station Gandhi Nagar, are impleaded as respondent No.10 and respondent No.11 respectively, in the main case. Amended memo of parties is also taken on record.
CM stands disposed of.
CRWP-8896-2025 Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 6
and 10 & 11 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.7 to 9 and to decide the representation dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-6).
During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had moved a representation dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-6) before respondent No.10, but no action on the same has been taken till date and he would be satisfied, if respondent No.10 is directed to look into and decide the said representation. Notice of motion.
Mr. R.K. Singla, Addl. AG. Haryana, accepts notice and submitted that he has no objection if the aforesaid representation dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-6) is looked into.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.10-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Yamunanagar, to look into the aforesaid representation and decide the same, and to take appropriate steps as per law, if any required, at the earliest, regarding threat perception.
Disposed of.
