HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30.07.2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, whereby the application under Section 319 of Cr.P.C for summoning of petitioner has wrongly and illegally been allowed and the petitioners have been summoned through non-bailable warrants for 31.08.2022. It is noted that this petition was not pressed qua petitioner No.1 Garja Singh and this petition survived only qua petitioner No.2-Harwinder Singh.
