RA-CW-450-2024 has been filed by applicant/respondent No.5 praying for review of the order, dated 10.05.2024, passed by this Court. However, review application has been filed alongwith an application for condonation of delay of 107 days.

It is apparent that this Court had disposed of CWP-10988-2024 on 10.05.2024 with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Naib Tehsildar Ballian Wali, Tehsil Phul District Bathinda, to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.02.2018, expeditiously preferably within one month from that date in accordance with law and had not adjudicated any right of either of the parties. Thus, this Court neither finds any merit in condoning the delay nor there is any merit in the review petition and both are hereby dismissed.
