ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 02.09.2019 passed in CWP No.24009 of 2019 vide which the operation of the transfer order dated 27.08.2019 was stayed qua the petitioner. As per the compliance affidavit filed by the District Food and Civil Supplies Controller, Sri Muktsar Sahib, it is stated that after receiving the order, the transfer order was kept in abeyance and therefore, there is no willful disobedience.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
