**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) CM-14354-C-2017 This is an application for impleading the legal heirs of deceased Surjit Singh-appellant No.1.

For the reasons recorded in the application, the same is allowed and the persons mentioned in the application in paragraph No.2 are taken on record as legal heirs of the appellant No.1 subject to all just exceptions.

Main Case This appeal has been filed against the concurrent judgments of the Courts below dismissing the suit filed by the appellants whereby the claim for injunction restraining the respondent from interfering in the land in dispute. Both the Courts found that respondents were co-sharers in land and consequently dismissed the suit.
