Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.0093 dated 29.04.2023, under Sections 395, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Pratap Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
