The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.28 dated 17.03.2019, under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 19.10.2019 (Annexure P-2). 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even on 09.02.2023, none had put in appearance on behalf behalf of the petitioners. 3.

As per the report dated 15.10.2022, received from the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ajnala, the parties did not turn up for recording of their statements in compliance of the order dated 27.02.2020, passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in the present petition and they do not want to pursue the same. Consequently, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
