RA-CW No.309 of 2016 The counsel for the review applicants submits that identical application bearing RA No.456 of 2015 has already been decided by this Court in the very same writ petition i.e. CWP No.3 of 2011 and therefore, the present review application may kindly be disposed of in view of the same terms.

In view of the aforementioned fact, the present review application is disposed of in view of the order passed by this Court in RA No.456 of 2015 on 23.08.2016.
