NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of appropriate direction to respondents No.2 and 3 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner from the private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 04.10.2023 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.
