Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of necessary directions especially in the nature of Mandamus for directing the Investigating Agency to conclude the investigation in time bound manner (if any remains) in case FIR No.128 dated 29.07.2016 under Sections 409, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 9 and 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station West Sector-11, Chandigarh. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition is lacking in material particulars and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
