(Oral) Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.7 dated 30.01.2025 under Sections 21(b), 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 52 of Prisons Act, 1894 registered at Police Station Cantt, District Bathinda, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file the discharge application with a direction to the trial Court to decide the same expeditiously.

Allowed to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the application is filed, then the trial Court decide the same as per law and expeditiously.
