After hearing learned counsel for the applicant/appellant I find the present review to be totally mis-conceived. While passing order dated 22.12.2014 neither said judgment dated 18.12.2014 was cited nor could have been cited due to its non-availability. In view of the above present Review Application stands dismissed.
