(ORAL) Prayer in the petition is for issuance of appropriate, specific and proper directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to register the FIR under the relevant provisions and to conduct fair and impartial investigation as the petitioner has been cheated by private respondents No.6 to 9. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that private respondents duped the petitioner of almost Rs.2,75,000/- on the pretext of sending him abroad. Petitioner moved his complaint/ representation dated 10.04.2019 (Annexure P-6 collectively) to respondent No.2.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits a case has already been registered against the private respondents except, respondents No.8 and 9 herein, who have been given a clean chit after an enquiry was carried out. 4.
Being so, nothing survives for further adjudication before this Court. However, petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy if he is dissatisfied with the clean chit given to respondent No.8 and 9, including invoking provisions under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in course of trial, if so advised.
