(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that present appeal filed by the State of Haryana and cross objections filed by the landowners are squarely covered by the order dated 27.1.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No.1 of 2010 (State of Haryana and others Vs. Maan Singh). They jointly pray for disposal of the present appeal and cross objections in terms of the order dated 27.1.2016 passed in Maan Singh's case (supra). In view of the abovesaid common stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, present appeal as well as cross objections are ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.1.2016 passed in Maan Singh's case (supra).

Disposed of, accordingly.
