FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through Video conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. Learned State counsel states that as per instructions received from the concerned police station the petitioner has since been held guilty and convicted vide judgment and order dated 11.02.2020, which is not displaced by the petitioner side and, as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed off as such.
