HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.38 dated 21.03.2007 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 307, 511, 341, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Nurmahal, District Jalandhar along with all subsequent proceedings including challan arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 11.11.2022 (Annexure P-2).

Mr. Rituraj Singh, Advocate, puts his appearance and has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.2 in the Court and the same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
