It would be pertinent to reproduce the following orders of the previous dates of hearing:

Order dated 22.10.2024 "In compliance of order dated 26.09.2024, learned State counsel has filed separate replies on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3, as well as respondents No.2 and 4 today in the Court, which are taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Case called, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
