MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that though earlier also the petitioner had approached this Court for issuance of directions, however, inadvertently, prayer had been made for issuance of directions to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, whereas it was the Additional Director General of Police, NRI and Women Wing, Mohali, who would be the appropriate officer to look into his representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2ADGP, NRI and Women Wing, Mohali, to look into the representation dated 15.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
