The present appeal pertains to the year 2018 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. On 07.12.2023 none had appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the matter having been called twice. On 28.05.2024 again none had appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice. Today again, despite the matter being called twice, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
