The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India are seeking directions to issue them passport. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the petitioners are in the custody of their mother. Marriage of their mother stands dissolved vide judgment and decree dated 21.08.2018 passed by ADJ, Hoshiarpur. The whereabouts of father of the petitioners are not known since 2013 and the petitioners are staying with their mother. The mother of the petitioners undertakes to file Annexure (C) along with particulars of the father.

Ms. Monica Chawla, learned counsel submits that petitioners have failed to file Annexure (C) and did not disclose particulars of their father, thus, passport could not be issued. As soon as the petitioners would ANJU GOEL 2023.07.31 18:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Without commenting upon merits of the case, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file Annexure (C) of their mother and disclose details of their biological father.
