(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have already handed over the possession of the property in dispute to respondent No.1-Gram Panchayat and therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection for the same.

Resultantly, the appeal in hand stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
