The petitioner through the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to allot free paddy in terms of Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by judgment of this Court passed in CWP No. 20632 of 2023 on 10.10.2023 titled as "M/s Master Foods. vs. State of Punjab and others".

Mr. Deepanjay Sharma, DAG, Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court, does not dispute the aforesaid factual position. 4.

In the wake of statements of both sides, the petition is allowed in terms of order dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court in CWP No. 20632 of 2023.
