Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This revision petition has been filed impugning order dated 14.06.2022, whereby at the time of issuing notice, the trial Court directed the parties not to alienate specific khasra number and also not to raise construction over the suit land. The case was adjourned to 29.11.2022 for filing written statement and reply to stay application by the defendant (petitioner herein).

Since the case is fixed before the trial Court on 29.11.2022, where the petitioner-defendant would be at liberty to file written statement and seek vacation of the interim order also. Therefore, there is no ground to interfere with the impugned order.

Dismissed.
