On 21.12.2018 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. Thereafter the matter was adjourned by order on numerous dates. On 27.09.2023, yet again, none put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 15.02.2024. On 15.02.2024 also none appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to today. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and the caveator-respondent despite the case being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
